A legacy that began with Tom Paterson. In 1966, working at RCA, he was named as inventor on a British patent application for a machine that dispenses cash against a card and a private number. He went on to work as a planner and consultant and, by his own account, in around 100 countries. But the work he is remembered for isn't a machine - it is a process that helps people discover why they are alive.
For decades, leaders sought out Tom's guidance, arriving at a crossroads - searching for their purpose, their next step, their highest contribution. And time and again, his process delivered.
Tom knew his work couldn't end with him. The impact had to grow beyond one person. What began as his personal calling became something greater - Paterson, an organisation dedicated to helping thousands of individuals and organisations uncover their true path.
