He is a Founding Partner of Venture&, an institutional venture partner, and was previously Senior Manager for Venture Capital and Startup Ecosystems (EMEA) at Amazon Web Services, helping founders build sustainable businesses at scale.
Paul is a Paterson LifePlan Guide and StratOp Facilitator.
