Vice President
Scott is a transformational strategic advisor who is on a mission to ignite the human spirit and the souls of organisations that seek to make unique impacts in the world. Throughout his 25+ years of leading and building organisations, Scott has uncovered remarkable stories of what happens when people believe in a brighter future and their ability to build it together, then operationalise their vision through a proven world-class system.
In addition to leading as a Paterson Group StratOp Guide, Scott is an alumnus of Biola University, Cornell, and Davis, and serves strategic Paterson Group LifePlan clients.
He is passionate about cycling, fishing, and helping at-risk children find a forever home. Scott lives in Montana with his wife, Lisa, and identical twin sons.
